Founded in Zaragoza on 11 February 1986 (TIN A50137173), CEINSA initially engaged in building construction, public works and engineering, primarily on a regional scale.

Thanks to the efforts and dedication of a staff of highly qualified and experienced professionals, in recent years the company has expanded its public works business across the entire country.

CEINSA is now in the process of internationalising its range of action.
