The City of Almaraz (Cáceres) awarded CEINSA Adequacy works as Town Hall Municipal Building, located at the Plaza of Spain.
The works consist of internal reform concentrated on ground floor and first floor to provide adequate social service, and giving the building of all the space needed for optimum performance. PRESS REVIEW.

CEINSA carry out the refurbishment of the trading floor in main floor of the Bank of Spain c / Alcalá 48, Madrid.

The Bank of Spain is a listed building within a Historic de la Villa de Madrid, and the upper range of archaeological protection Monument and ZPA Historic Precinct. The renovation of the main floor were made in four different areas, which present an obvious deterioration and need a clear renewal and currently do not meet the functional needs required. Of particular importance is the recovery of the original spaces and heights in the area B, and restored in a manner consistent with the architecture of EdificioTradicional. In the process of renovation of the facilities of the Bank of Spain, is intended to unify the entire main floor Patio surrounding the Operations functional areas to house offices with the appropriate degree of quality and comfort. We propose a single project that provides the same features for the entire plant. The works will be implemented in joint venture with CYM Yañez SA. PRESS REVIEW.
