The Departement of Education and Culture of the Regional Government of Extreamdura has awarded the construction of new public school 6 +12 units in Slum area of Llera de Badajoz to the UTE CEINSA - LUTRA. The deadline for entries is nine months. The new center and Primary school, located in the neighborhood of Llera Badajoz, occupies a floor area of 3180 meters square and is situated on a plot of 6554.33 meters square. The building consists of three parallel volumes separated by courtyards and connected by a wide hallway perpendicular. CEINSA carry out the refurbishment of the trading floor in main floor of the Bank of Spain c / Alcalá 48, Madrid.

The Bank of Spain is a listed building within a Historic de la Villa de Madrid, and the upper range of archaeological protection Monument and ZPA Historic Precinct. The renovation of the main floor were made in four different areas, which present an obvious deterioration and need a clear renewal and currently do not meet the functional needs required. Of particular importance is the recovery of the original spaces and heights in the area B, and restored in a manner consistent with the architecture of EdificioTradicional. In the process of renovation of the facilities of the Bank of Spain, is intended to unify the entire main floor Patio surrounding the Operations functional areas to house offices with the appropriate degree of quality and comfort.
